Asbestos Management and Building Survey Services General Services Administration - Heartland Region 2007-Present Summary: OCCU-TEC completed a broad range of services including multiple assessments to complete an Environmental Risk Index (ERI) that is maintained for each of 68 Government-owned facilities in the GSA Heartland Region. OCCU-TEC performed a combined Environmental Risk Index (ERI) and Environmental Compliance Audit on government owned facilities in the region. An experienced OCCU-TEC project manager with significant knowledge of the environmental programs conducted the assessments which included a site visit of each facility along with interviews with regional and building management staff.
