Asbestos Management Historic Union Station Kansas City, Missouri
Summary: OCCU-TEC provided 3rd-party project monitoring for the ACM removal phase of the extensive renovation of the historic Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri. During this six-month project OCCU-TEC coordinated the activities of multiple trade contractors and managed over 100 employees on-site. Other services conducted during the project included asbestos and lead inspections, technical specification development, air monitoring and contract management.
