Workers’ Compensation rates are increasing at a steady rate and predictions for 2007 and the foreseeable future indicate that trend will continue. With medical, insurance and other costs increasing annually as well, staying level is not enough. Significant reduction in injury claims must happen just to stay even.

OCCU-TEC knows how to make it happen. We developed and implemented an individualized risk management process called ReClaim™ for the employees of the State of Missouri to reduce the history of loss to the State’s self-insured workers’ compensation program.

OCCU-TEC helped the State of Missouri reverse a very unfavorable trend – and save over $20 million in five years. Lost time incidence rates were reduced to one-half the national average.
