Challenges

Scope of Services
The project involved assessments and support related to four categories:
Air Emissions & Environmental Compliance: Evaluated air emission processes to assess compliance with state and federal regulations. OCCU-TEC also helped organize documentation so records could be quickly accessed and presented during regulatory inquiries.
Onsite EH&S Support: Conducted facility walkthroughs to identify compliance gaps and collaborated with Faultless to develop actionable adjustment recommendations. Recommendations were prioritized based on risk level, operational impact, and urgency to address compliance gaps efficiently.
Training Services: Coached leadership on EH&S requirements, processes, and best practices, helping Faultless develop an ongoing weekly and monthly safety training series. Training was tailored to both leadership and frontline employees to ensure consistent understanding of EH&S responsibilities across the facility.
